CONSTRUCTION DESIGN
Lift Solutions Consulting provides development of traffic handling studies for Vertical Transportation need, review and analysis of anticipated traffic patterns to determine the configuration, capacity, speed and quantity of elevators and or escalators required to manage the vertical traffic needs of the building population.

We provide preparation of vertical transportation specifications including data for related disciplines, shop drawing reviews, field observations and the development of maintenance specifications.

Additionally we provide construction management, project analysis and design review, peer evaluations, construction monitoring, submittal review, payment evaluation and final acceptance evaluation.

MODERNIZATION SERVICES
Lift Solutions Consulting works closely with its clients in providing a survey of existing conditions, preparation of a report detailing immediate repairs and future modernization needs including budget figures, evaluation of existing maintenance agreements and coordination with the present maintenance provider.

Our modernization services also include preparation of systems layouts, bid documents and data for related disciplines, shop drawing reviews and field observations.

MAINTENANCE AUDITS
We perform audits of existing elevators and/or escalators to determine the level of preventative maintenance and operational quality. We measure and evaluate vertical transportation performance to determine efficiency and level of adjustment as compared with the equipments design capability. A deficiency list is created for the owners use in getting them corrected and a review of the existing maintenance contract is performed to determine if the deficiencies are covered by the maintenance agreement.
