Lift Solutions Consulting provides development of traffic handling studies for Vertical Transportation need, review and analysis of anticipated traffic patterns to determine the configuration, capacity, speed and quantity of elevators and or escalators required to manage the vertical traffic needs of the building population.

We provide preparation of vertical transportation specifications including data for related disciplines, shop drawing reviews, field observations and the development of maintenance specifications.

Additionally we provide construction management, project analysis and design review, peer evaluations, construction monitoring, submittal review, payment evaluation and final acceptance evaluation.
