Maintenance Audits

We perform audits of existing elevators and/or escalators to determine the level of preventative maintenance and operational quality. We measure and evaluate vertical transportation performance to determine efficiency and level of adjustment as compared with the equipments design capability. A deficiency list is created for the owners use in getting them corrected and a review of the existing maintenance contract is performed to determine if the deficiencies are covered by the maintenance agreement.
